Veterans

Many Veterans face challenges transitioning back to civilian life.

Re-engaging with family may be difficult after the structure, camaraderie and purpose experienced during your service.

Task Force: ISO empowers veterans to live their best lives through education and mentorship, enterprise in the arts, and engagement in the community.

“[Task Force: ISO’s classes] allowed me to focus on the details of how to shoot (shutter speed, aperture and ISO) and how to use that golden triangle to create a stunning image. By having to focus on the minutiae of manual shooting it allowed me to leave behind all the traumas and their physical/mental/emotional attributes behind. Eventually, after many years of shooting, those traumatic attributions have slowly softened with time. With a camera in hand I can [conquer] anything….and with time photography has taught me I can [conquer] anything even without a camera in tote.”
