Curtis Kershner has been an operational leader in technology environments, including Information Technology, Telecommunication and Healthcare for more than 20 years. Currently the Manager of Customer Service for HCL America, he brings extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer service and technical support. Curtis’ strengths in training and mentoring, performance improvement, project management and business development have enabled him to deliver top results in challenging environments. His extensive working knowledge of office network systems includes Microsoft software, Electronic Health Records, multiple insurance systems and call center products (CIC, Avaya, CIBM). A graduate of the Leadership Arts program through the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA), Curtis strives to develop and build future leaders for the Denver community. An outdoors enthusiast, he enjoys camping and exploring the mountains of Colorado on his motorcycle.
