T. John Hughes
John Hughes is the author and creator of APPARITIONS: Architecture That Has Disappeared From Our Cities. Formerly a commercial architectural photographer and faculty member of the Art Institute of Colorado, in recent years he has focused on fine art projects related to architecture, change over time, cinema and abstraction.
Hughes continues to indulge his joy of teaching at the University of Colorado Graduate School of Architecture. He has a BA in English from Trinity College, Hartford CT and an MA in Digital Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design. Hughes plays a critical role in developing the Support photography course curriculum.
