Executive Director and Photography Instructor
Army combat veteran, Josh Kuehl, served his country for 11 years. Initially, he enlisted in the Army as a Light Infantryman after high school but was compelled to do more and graduated from West Point in 2001 with a commission into the Cavalry. He went on to serve proudly on the South Korean border and in Iraq and Kuwait. After entering civilian life, Kuehl discovered photography while earning his MBA and Masters in Finance at the University of Denver. Photography evolved into his passion and creative outlet. Josh also saw the potential for the camera to be a tool for therapy. Combining his passion for photography, business sense and compassion for fellow Veterans, Kuehl launched Task Force: ISO in 2016. Josh serves the organization as Executive Director, photography instructor and event photographer.
Task Force: ISO engages and inspires Veterans through photography. Veterans gain purpose through activity and self-discovery and build community through continued mentorship and support.
